Meet the Assistant Principals

Mrs. HanleyHello Wildcats! My name is Mrs. Hanley and this is my third year as one of the assistant principals at Justiss. I taught third grade for five years here at Justiss and then served as the Campus Technology Specialist for six years.

Nine years ago, I was honored by being named Justiss Elementary Teacher of the Year, Paris ISD Elementary Teacher of the Year, and Region 8 Teacher of the Year. Every job I've had has involved working with children. I have ALWAYS known that this is what I am meant to do!

I attended Paris ISD from K-12th Grade and am a true Wildcat! I graduated from Paris High in 2007 before attending the University of North Texas in Denton. I graduated in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6, graduated August 2016 with my Master’s degree in Educational Technology Leadership from Texas A&M-Commerce, and am certified as a Principal and in ESL and SPED.

I married my high school sweetheart, Matt, in August 2010 and could not be happier! I have two precious boys, Gavin and Jackson and two cats, Mac and Mia. My hobbies include technology, drawing, reading, watching movies, listening to music, playing board games, and spending time with my amazing family.  I am looking forward to getting the year started! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Go Wildcats!

Mrs. WilliamsHello Wildcats! My name is Mrs. Williams and this is my first year as one of the assistant principals at Justiss. I am excited to be joining the Justiss Family and to be continuing my career in Paris ISD! I previously taught math and science for ten years and then served as the Campus K-4 Math Instructional Coach for two years at Aikin Elementary.

Two years ago, I was honored by being named Aikin Elementary Teacher of the Year and Paris ISD Elementary Teacher of the Year.  I am so happy to continue partnering alongside our Justiss and Paris ISD communities to support student success!

I graduated from Roxton ISD in 2008 before attending The Honors College at Texas A&M University-Commerce. I received a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 with Honors in December of 2011. I then went on to pursue my graduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and graduated in December of 2015 with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In May of 2024 I completed graduate coursework through Texas A&M University-Commerce to pursue a career in Educational Leadership with my Principal Certification.

I married my husband, Seth, in November 2016.  He is a proud Paris ISD graduate! We have four beautiful nieces - two teenagers and two toddlers. We also have three dogs - Mose, Murphy, and Tango. My hobbies include reading, attending Broadway style theater productions, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.  I am looking forward to a great year! Go Wildcats!
